This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website or buy The Appraiser's Ledger, and how it's used. This site is run by Lumen Works ("we"), reachable at support@appraisersledger.com.

This website

This website does not use advertising trackers and does not ask you to create an account. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, which websites send visitors here, and how fast the pages load. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect personal information. We only ever see totals, never who you are.

When you buy the book

Purchases are handled by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record and processes your payment. We never see or store your card details. Gumroad shares with us the information needed to deliver the book and support you, such as your name, email address, country and order details. Gumroad's own privacy policy governs how it handles your information.

When you email us

If you contact us, we use your email address and message only to reply and help you.

How we use your information

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep order records as long as needed for customer support, refunds and legal or tax record-keeping. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing support@appraisersledger.com.
